Attack on the Family
I have seen the family under significant attack this past week. It has been sad to witness people who have strayed so far from the truth about family life. I found this article and think it is a very good one:

Montessori Mornings
During weekday mornings this is what Hunter and I have been up to…
we go to Montessori, sort of. While Lucas and Nicholas are in the other rooms learning, Hunter and I hang out in an empty toddler room. Usually this classroom is used on Saturdays for an 18 month-3.5 year-old Montessori class. He is so good and quite and I usually read and play with him. I bring our own toys because we don’t pay to use this room. I do this because it takes nearly a half hour to drive to the school so it is not worth it to drive home just to turn around a couple hours later to pick up the boys. We are loving it.
Hunter
Hunter is 8 months now and can stand for just a little bit. He is still such a joy and truly a gift. I love taking him with me where ever I go. He is my buddy.

Q’s
My "old" neighbor, actually she is my age, has been asking many questions about my faith. It is humbling because sometimes it is difficult to answer her questions. I invited her and the missionaries over for dinner a few nights ago and afterward they gave her a mini lesson. When the missionaries left I showed her the movie “The Restoration”. She seems to feel good about it and is going to read the Book of Mormon.
Since I was a little unsure of a couple questions she asked I did a little reading and came across a great article from the late President Hinckley:
What Are People Asking Us
Other friends ask or “challenge” me at times (especially recently). That is okay because it only makes me stronger and believe even more.
Lucky Charms Lesson
I learn so much from my children. Lately, Nicholas and Jayden came up with the virtue of eating all the “healthy” pieces of Lucky Charms first and leaving all the marshmallows for last. I once read an article stating that children who learn will power and “save the best for last” or “work then play” are more successful as adults. I should find that article. Anyways here is Nick saving his marshmallows:
Alien Spaceship Building
Occasionally we will go to the Lowe’s Build and Grow and Home Depot's Kid’s Workshop. This time we brought the alien spaceship kits home to put together.
Me and Hunter
I just LOOOOOVE this little guy. I can take him everywhere with me because he is just such a good baby. He has a very pleasant and calm demeanor about him with just a tad of seriousness. He is a studier. People will do the silliest things to get a smile out of him and he will just watch them mysteriously. He’ll usually give them a little grin when the show is over =). He cut a tooth and still hasn’t been grumpy. He is a trooper. He eats a tiny bit of rice cereal mixed with fruits, but still mainly nurses. We both like the cuddle time. Love him.
