Banana Bread How We Like It

3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup of flour
walnuts (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Stir all the “wet” ingredients in a bowl.
Then stir all the “dry” ingredients in a bowl.
Then use a mixer to combine them.

Time:
25 min for mini-loaf.
45 min for normal loaf.

Calories:
Lots.
